Refund policy
- We accept returns for up to 7 business days after your order has been delivered.
- To request a return, please e-mail hello@theesmeshop.com with the reason why you are returning your purchase. Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges unless your item has been damaged or we are at fault.
- If The Esme Shop is at fault (for example, we sent the wrong print or it has been misprinted or damages) we will pay for all shipping costs moving forward with this particular transaction.
- Keep in mind you can cancel your order before it has shipped. If you would like to do so, please e-mail us ASAP.
